Delivery timeline

Metro cities: 3–5 business days. Tier 2 cities: 5–7 business days. Other areas: 7–10 business days. Timelines start from dispatch and may vary during festivals or in the event of weather or transport disruptions.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 and above. Orders below ₹999 carry a flat shipping charge of ₹99, shown in the cart before you pay.

Order tracking

When your order is dispatched you receive the tracking details by SMS and email. You can also track it any time under Track Order on this website.

Installation

Every water purifier comes with installation by an Aquapurite-trained technician, scheduled within 24–48 hours of delivery. Installation needs a working water inlet and a power point near the mounting spot; any extra plumbing or electrical work is charged separately and quoted before it is done.
