By using aquapurite.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Products and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are the MRP, inclusive of GST. Prices may change without notice, but the price shown at the time you place an order is the price you pay. Product images are for illustration. We may limit order quantities.

Orders and payment

Orders are confirmed on successful payment, or on verification for cash on delivery. We accept cards, UPI, net banking and cash on delivery.

Installation

Installation by an Aquapurite-trained technician is included with every water purifier. It requires a working water inlet and a power point at the mounting spot; additional plumbing or electrical work is quoted separately.

Warranty

As set out in the Warranty Policy: 24 months on i Elitz, i Premiuo, Optima and Blitz; 12 months on Neura, Premiuo UV and spares; from the invoice date; covering manufacturing defects only. The warranty is void if the product is serviced or modified by unauthorised personnel.

Returns

As set out in the Return & Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

Aquapurite Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of its products or services, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts at New Delhi.
