Warranty Policy

Standard warranty

i Elitz, i Premiuo, Optima and Blitz: 24 months, with free service visits during the warranty period. Neura and Premiuo UV: 12 months. Spare parts and accessories: 12 months. The warranty runs from the invoice date, and covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship with free repair or replacement of defective parts, labour included.

Beyond the warranty

Annual maintenance plans starting at ₹999 a year cover scheduled service visits, with higher plans covering unlimited breakdown visits and priority support.

Not covered

Damage from misuse, negligence or accidents; unauthorised repairs or modifications; consumables such as filters, cartridges and membranes at the end of their life; damage from power fluctuations where no stabiliser was used; and cosmetic wear.

Call or WhatsApp +91 93119 39076 or email customercare@aquapurite.com with your invoice and the purifier's serial number. Registering your purifier under My Account → My Purifiers keeps the warranty on record and lets you book service in one tap.
